For decades, from the heart of Boston, we have been working nationally and internationally to bring images into the gallery and online since 1975. Using a fully digital work flow, we have assisted many fine artists and institutions in digitizing their physical originals for documentation and reproduction. We have worked in-studio as well as on-location. We specialize in large and small photographic image capture, high-resolution giclée printing, book scanning, and custom matting and framing. In addition, we offer extensive 2D art services: custom design and fabrication, 3mm and 6mm Sintra mounting, spray laminate, and Velcro.
Ron Lawner (retired)For high end printing, photo scanning and digital archiving, Boston Photo Imaging provides a world class facility right here in town. That said, what really sets them apart is Steve Morse. Steve has a genuine appreciation and respect for the work . He also happens to have a great eye. I enjoy working with him. He often makes the work better.
Michael BogdanowI have been a very appreciative and satisfied customer of Boston Photo for over twenty years. At first, I only used them for printing high quality reproductions of my paintings - back when I was using 4”x5” negatives. Then I added their capturing my paintings as high-resolution digital files. As technology has evolved, Boston Photo has kept up with the changes. Bill and Carol Smith, and Steve Morse, are wonderful to work with and very responsive to my needs, and my clients are always very pleased with the quality of Boston Photo’s reproductions. On a five-star scale, Boston Photo gets five stars.
