Book Scanning

We digitize books using high resolution Canon cameras and a next generation book scanning system.

High-Resolution Giclée Printing

Boston Photo Imaging has produced high quality photographic prints since 1990. Originally a full service photo lab, BPI originally produced photographic "C prints" using traditional darkroom methods. We now use totally digital methods to produce the highest quality inkjet prints.

Illustrators, architects, painters, photographers, and digital artists come to us for their digital printing needs. We print on a variety of substrates such as photographic paper, fine art paper, canvas and adhesive satin cloth.

Let us help you stand out in the crowd. Experiment with us. We have a special place in our hearts for the artists because we are artists too. We have worked in the greater Boston area for many years, allowing us to develop relationships with the local artists and businesses. Custom matting and framing is available to add a unique look to your images.

Using a fully digital work flow, we have assisted many fine artists and institutions in digitizing their physical originals for documentation and reproduction. We have worked in-studio as well as on-location. We specialize in large and small photographic image capture, high-resolution giclée printing, book scanning, and custom matting and framing.
